Information Collected and Not Collected

Echo Media, L.L.C. collects credit card information online through secure and encrpyted servers. All credit card information collected through our website is transferred via Authorize.net. Echo Media, L.L.C. may also utilize Google Checkout or PayPal to accept online payments (see the "Third-Party Processors" section below). You should never send your credit card information by email.
Echo Media, L.L.C. does collect credit card information via phone, fax, or mail. When accepting credit card information by phone, fax, or mail, Echo Media, L.L.C. may collect your credit card billing address and other necessary information to process your transaction. Upon credit card approval, Echo Media, L.L.C. shreds your credit card information recorded in written form. Echo Media, L.L.C. does keep a copy of your credit card information on our secure in-house server for returns, refunds, and future sales.
As you browse the Site, the web server does collect information about your visit, but not about you personally. We use these statistics to improve our Site, to monitor its performance, and to make the Site easier for you and other visitors to use. This information is never associated with you as an individual.
